PSUPLA Membership

PSUPLA requires a proper verification cycle to preserve the integrity of the membership directory and the benefits attached. Below is the full membership process and benefits overview.

Application Steps

  1. Download membership form: PDF or online HTML form. Fill and attach required documents: copy of NTN (if available), valid CNIC, latest electricity bill showing business address, loom inventory (make & count), and two local references (other PSUPLA members or local chamber of commerce).
  2. Submit online or to Secretariat: via email membership@psupla.com or physical submission to the Secretariat address.
  3. Preliminary desk verification (3–7 working days): Secretariat staff checks documentation for obvious irregularities (address match, NTN verification).
  4. Field verification (if required): A PSUPLA field officer visits the premises to verify loom presence and working conditions. Required for full memberships where loom count is >20.
  5. Executive Committee ratification: Verified applications are presented to the Executive Committee during monthly board meetings.
  6. Membership activation: Upon approval, the applicant receives a digital membership certificate, portal login credentials, and access to member bulletins and market inquiries.
