PLTTF LAB (Power-Loom Technical & Testing Facility)

There is no widely-published, dedicated “Power-Loom Technical & Testing Facility (PLTTF)” specifically owned by small-loom associations that I could find in public records. However, textile testing and accredited labs exist and serve small units; these include:

PLTTF Lab Equipment 1
PLTTF Lab Equipment 2
PLTTF Lab Equipment 3

Recommendation

PSUPLA does not currently run its own accredited full-scale testing lab. Instead PSUPLA operates a partnered testing network that gives members preferential access to PTTF, TTI Labs and local test houses. The PLTTF page should describe the partner labs, the exact tests available (colorfastness, tensile, pH and chemical residue tests), sample submission procedures, partner contact emails and negotiated member rates (if applicable). PSUPLA can also run a small in-cluster QC point for quick pre-shipment checks (visual GSM, count, shade checks) and refer full testing to PTTF/TTI.
